I loved the bed! It was so comfortable. Loved the lit magnifying mirror in the bathroom area, too. AWESOME shower and water pressure. Got nice and hot. They were very gracious to me by refunding one of my night’s stay due to a death in the family so we could leave early.

The entrance of the lobby was beautiful all the staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was gated with security. It had an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. It had complimentary breakfast. I like that the location had grocery stores convenience stores and gas stations very close

The property exceeded my expectations. I was super skeptical about staying here but after reading google reviews and pictures I booked. The property was very upscale chic and clean. The complimentary breakfast included turkey sausage which was a plus for me. Both pools were great and hot tub. My floor was quiet at night, I expected it to be a party hotel due to the contactless check in. My room was clean and any requests I made through the text option were addressed promptly.

Breakfast was great as well as the dinner we had Friday evening. Plenty of good parking and we especially liked that the property is fenced in and there's a security guard on duty 24/7. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. They made us feel safe and comfortable not to mention they were very attentive to our needs no matter how big or small. The room was very nice and we were provided with clean towels and linens as well as extra linens for the pull out bed that our Son slept on. We enjoyed the pool areas as well as the updated lobby. Overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed our time there. We'll definitely be returning to the hotel when we come back to Memphis.

Enjoyed the hot tub and morning hot breakfast selection. The value of the two rooms was great. My 15 year old daughter loved having her own room right next to ours. I enjoyed the keyless door entry and easy check in and check out.
